A setup demo is a tutorial and a break demo assumes context, so I do both. Build the pipeline from an empty file, then rename a protobuf field and let it catch me.
Build the pipeline live, then break a contract and watch the thing you just built catch it. Every session breaks something on purpose. A build that only ever works is a demo, and a demo is the one thing this is not.
