A four-part partition key where one component drifted between writer and reader produced a partition per user, so every read succeeded and returned nothing. I reproduce it cold on camera, because the failure has no error to look at.
Every read succeeds. Every read is empty. Reproduce it cold. Every session breaks something on purpose. A build that only ever works is a demo, and a demo is the one thing this is not.
